Seemless Connectivity

I was using the 802.11n protocol to transfer some files between my Alienware and my MacBook Pro and saw it would take around 35 minutes for 9.84GB. I thought this would be a good time to test how good the network switching was on the OSX 10.5 Leopard. The trasfer was on going and I plugged in a cat 5 cable and made sure it has an IP as my home network uses DHCP. That was established and I went to disable the Airport on the MacBook Pro with my fingers crossed.

A blink of a second and the wireless was disabled and the transfer diaglog was still going. Very nicely done and is on par with Ubuntu when I tried it on 7.04. Very nice. I wonder if Windows will do the same?
