It’s good to hear a company that tried to sue Novell failed for saying it owns the rights to Linux. It still has the IBM lawsuit to settle but with Novells ruling being positive for the Linux community and not in favor for SCO, IBM looks set to do the same unless it gets dropped. Following the win, SCO’s stock prices has plummeted. Hopefully this will be an important lesson for them.
Hopefully the RIAA and fellow organisations will meet their fait soon.
