Aw what a shame. Quoting from Computer Business Review Online
“SCO went into the red to the tune of $3.6m in the quarter, for a loss of 17 cents a share. For the nine months of fiscal 2006, SCO booked $21.9m in sales, down 20%, and a net loss of $12.9m, compared to a net loss in the first three months of fiscal 2005.”
They deserve to file for chapter 11 and hopefully it will happen soon. They have put aside $15 million for the law suite against IBM in 2007. That’s insane amount of money.
