Ubuntu 14.04 Desktop Sharing

I tried connecting to a newly installed Ubuntu 14.04 install using the VNC after setting up Desktop Sharing:

The clue is in the error message. To fix this it requires disabling Ubuntu requiring an encrypted connection.

DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK

Disable require encryption run the following command:
gsettings set org.gnome.Vino require-encryption false
