Not even a week in and Think Post has a problem. Think Post had a database failure related to password server. When Thunderbird checked for new email, it prompted for a password. I have had this problem before so I re-entered it and it still asked for a password.
In the end I couldn’t get in and in the end filled out an online form on the Think Post website. Within 10 seconds the house phone rang and it was Vincent Liou from Think Post to tell me the news.
It was great! He waited on the phone to make sure I could get back in and from what I can tell he was calling from America on a Sunday. This is what I call support. He had sent an email out notifying me of the problem but my alternate address was forwards the emails to Think Post which the password had been resetted.
Well worth the money.
