Packet Shaping

Danny I was reading the Azureus wiki page and noticed all ISPs in UK that are listed on the website does some form of packet shaping except Virgin Media and to be honest I did not have a good experience with them in the past and cannot justify going back to them.
It’s so noticable on my BT ISP that it is annoying. I have also never seen a 6mb connection which they quoted me when I signed up.
