ISP Shame List

Danny Following GNC #360 podcast Azureus has a list of ISPs and the packet shaping they do. Looking in th UK list it looks like the consumers have already lost the fight for net neutrality. At least in America they are putting up a bigger fight.
The list can is can be seen here and should be a very good starting point for choosing ISPs.
