Convert PEM To PPK On Windows
Download PuTTYGen
Run PuTTYGen.
Go to Conversions > Import key menu
Select the PEM file
Change the Key comment field to something descriptive.
Add a passphase (optional).
Press Save private key and save the file to a suitable location.
