“* Running local boot scripts” Hangs

Danny I’ve noticed this error for quite some time but surprised there hasn’t been a fit to it yet from Canonical hasn’t patch it yet. Although the boot script doesn’t really do anything it is annoying even on a headless install. How unprofessional!
My server is still running on 7.04 and it’s going to stay that way till that problem is fixed. It might be worth skipping the release and wait for the new Long Term Support(LTS) release.
