That’s right my email provider had sent me a follow up email to make sure everything was OK. Yes “support” and “follow up” are rarely used in the same sentence positively but another proof that I made the right choice in terms of email provider. It is worth every penny (cent as it’s charging me).
I did have some problems with my email few weeks / months ago but realized it was Thunderbird behaving badly.
