Endsleigh Telephone Queue Apology

My girlfriend got an email from Endsleigh who she has insurance with and she rung up to change her address. It all went through fine and she even got some money back (advantages of moving south, the safer option). Today she got an apology from them regarding how long she spent waiting on the phone. I do not know how long she spent on the phone but it was a toll free 0800 number.
Really surprised and impressed. I would attach the email to this post but Endsleigh has put some small print preventing me from doing so without permission.
